VA VIDEO CONNECT: Connect with your Care Team Over Live Video

Having access to your VA care team is important, but sometimes it’s not that easy to meet in person. Whether you live far from your VA facility or your health doesn’t allow you to travel, the VA Video Connect app provides a visual connection between you and your VA care providers, helping them assess your condition.

Connect with your VA care team over live video.  The app makes it easy to interact with your care team if:

  1. You live far away from your facility
  2. You’re dealing with health conditions that make it difficult to travel to the specialist you need.
  3. You have few minor questions for your doctor that can be answered over live video.
  4. You don’t have time to attend an in-person appointment
  5. A hands-on physical examination is not required.

Use your phone, computer, or tablet to securely connect with your VA care team and get easier access to checkups and medical advice.  Simply click on the attachment below to open or download. Video Connect Step by Step Guide
